On Minecraft 26.2, Sodium raised the frame rate 64% with 300 mobs in view (109 to 179 FPS), 25% over terrain (282 to 354 FPS) and 97% with 300 mobs behind a wall (90 to 177 FPS).
On Minecraft 26.1.2, Sodium raised the frame rate 56% with 300 mobs in view (112 to 174 FPS) and 65% with 300 mobs behind a wall (99 to 163 FPS).
How it was measured: a real Fabric client on a laptop with a GeForce GTX 1650 and a Core i7-10750H joined the same world at 1280x720, render distance 24, VSync off. Each number is the median second of 20-second scenes over 1 to 6 runs. Runs without mods differed by up to 22%, so smaller changes are not counted.
